Today's Tip 2/4/10

Be PLEASANT and PATIENT when you are at the register, or when asking sales associates/customer service any questions!!
You'll be surprised what a smile and kind words will get you.
Only get rude and pushy if it's an absolute MUST.*

Remember, you may be a face they will see often.
Trust me, they will remember you if you get mouthy! Pick your battles!
